ABSTRACT

La rotura subcapsular hepática como complicación grave y altamente letal del síndrome de HELLP se presenta en un 2 a 3 por ciento de los casos, con una mortalidad reportada de un 33 por ciento con diversas técnicas quirúrgicas. En base a 4 casos se presenta la propuesta de una técnica quirúrgica que reporta según nuestra experiencia un 100 por ciento de sobrevida.


The rupture of the liver represents a severe and highly lethal complication of the HELLP syndrome and occurs in 2-3 percent of the cases with a mortality of 33 percent, despite several surgical techniques. Based on 4 cases we present a surgical technique, which report a survival of 100 percent.
